Shannon Rodway – Veterinary Physiotherapist
SR Veterinary Physiotherapy is a mobile service for Equine and Canine patients in the South West; providing a professional, friendly service to Dorset, Somerset and East Devon.
Shannon has experience in treating many different types of small and large animals using a science-based approach, with a focus on biomechanics, anatomy and physiology to aid your animal’s needs and achieve optimum results. Delivering high standards, individually tailored assessments and treatment for your animal’s needs is at the centre of what we do.

What is Veterinary Physiotherapy?
Veterinary physiotherapy is a non-invasive, degree-based health care profession which is becoming increasingly popular with pet owners and competition owners alike. Physiotherapy involves assessment and treatment of a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to include pre- and post-surgical conditions, performance enhancement and senior patient support hence, being a popular choice with both owners and their vets.
Veterinary physiotherapy can benefit patients of all ages and breeds; from elderly arthritic dog whom is struggling with daily activities, to a 5* Eventing horse. Shannon regularly works in conjunction with other Veterinary Professionals to ensure the most effective treatment is being given. This allows for a tailor-made treatment plans to be made and take into account your pet’s or competition animal’s specific needs with the aim of providing a long and pain-free life.
